Vertex Active Return & Exchange Policy
At Vertex Active, we stand behind the quality and performance of our activewear. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered with our 14-day hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible:
✅ Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
✅ A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
✅ Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
🔹 Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, the best way to ensure you get what you want is to return your original item and place a new order.
Damages & Issues
We take pride in our craftsmanship and quality control. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@vertexactive.com, and we’ll make it right—fast.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including
❌ Sale items & gift cards
❌ Custom or personalised orders
❌ Perishable, hazardous, or flammable materials

14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved:
✅ Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your account as store credit.
